Visualizations, Photos & Color Disclaimer
Everything here is meant to help you picture the finished space. It is a guide, not a guarantee.
Room previews, visualizers and 3D video
The room previews, color previews, “See It in My Room” tools, manufacturer visualizers and 3D project videos on this site are illustrative. They are built from the best information and imagery available to us at the time. They are not engineering drawings and not a material-accurate representation of your home. Wall condition, subfloor height and level, lighting, room size, furniture, camera angle and reflections all change how a finished space looks compared with a preview.
Product photographs
Product photos are supplied by the manufacturers whose products we carry, or are representative images of that product line. A photo may show a different plank, tile or board than the one delivered to you, and many images are staged room scenes rather than your room. Grain, knots, mineral streaks, shading and texture vary naturally from piece to piece. That variation is normal in real materials and is not a defect.
Color on your screen
Colors shown on a phone, tablet or monitor are not accurate. Every screen renders color differently, and paint, stain and finish shift with sheen, number of coats, wood species, lighting and age. A color chosen from a screen alone should never be treated as a final selection.
Confirm with physical samples
Before you commit, ask us for a physical sample of the flooring, tile, countertop, paint or stain you are considering, and look at it in your own space at different times of day. Your approved sample or written confirmation — not an image on this site — is what we treat as your final selection.
No guarantee of an exact match
Gotcha Covered Renovations does not guarantee that the finished result will look exactly like any image, preview, visualization or video shown on this site or sent to you. If a difference exists between a preview and the finished work, the manufacturer’s published specification, the physical sample you approved, and our written agreement govern — not the picture.
Manufacturer materials and tools
Product names, brands, colors, collections, photographs and visualizer tools belong to their respective manufacturers and are shown here to identify the products we offer. Any link or visualizer opens the manufacturer’s own site, and that manufacturer’s terms apply to what it shows.
What this page does not change
This page explains how images and previews on this site should be read. It does not limit any manufacturer warranty, and it does not change the terms of your written contract with Gotcha Covered Renovations.
