Insurance Claim Support
Clear documentation helps everyone understand the damage, the proposed repairs and the finished work. Our goal is to reduce back-and-forth and make a disruptive experience easier for you — without promising claim approval or payment.

Document the Property
When included in your scope, we capture before photos and a 3D/video walkthrough, measurements and a detailed summary of the areas needing repair. ITEL testing and product matching may help identify damaged materials.
A Clear Repair Plan
We prepare an itemized repair estimate, proposed materials and product selections. Concept visuals help explain the intended finish; physical samples confirm actual appearance. Coverage and the approved scope remain the insurer’s decisions.
Public-Adjuster Referral
If a claim is denied, disputed or you are concerned about the settlement, ask us about a referral to an independent public adjuster. A properly licensed adjuster can review your policy and documentation and explain available options. Separate engagement and fees may apply; no recovery or settlement amount is guaranteed.
For Insurance Representatives
With the customer’s permission, we can share the scope, cost summary, before photos and walkthrough for review. We confirm written authorization and the approved work before proceeding, and document changes for further review when required.
Review the Completed Work
Completion photos and video can show the agreed repairs and give the customer and insurance representative a shared reference. We can walk through questions together, subject to the agreed documentation package and customer consent.
Working Toward a Smoother Process
Organized evidence and clear communication may reduce unnecessary visits and repeated questions. We do not guarantee a faster claim, lower costs, coverage or insurer payment. Gotcha Covered provides repair documentation, not legal or public-adjusting services.
